2. Post-Shipment Orders
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. After receiving your order, you may initiate a return in accordance with our return policy. Please refer to the return instructions included in your package or contact customer service for assistance.
3. Refund Details
Processing Period: Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days after your cancellation request has been approved.
Payment Reversal: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
